The cash reward you redeem for, will be transferred into your bank account within 1-3 working days, barring any issues. Please ensure you have checked your bank account for a transfer made by Hyperwallet or YouGov.

If you have not received this payment within the stipulated period, it is possible that your funds were returned to us by your bank as the payment failed. For example due to a discrepancy in the details you entered. In this case, we will be in touch with you and the points for this redemption will then be returned to you at the earliest.
