Once you have redeemed your points for a gift card, the delivery of your reward can take upto 3-4 working days to be processed and arrive in your email inbox.
As our reward partner, Tremendous, oversees all gift card rewards, you will receive your coupon from firstname.lastname@example.org along with instructions on how to use it.
If you have still not received your gift card within 3-4 working days from the day you redeemed your points, please take the following steps:
1. Check your inbox and spam/junk folders to ensure that the email was not accidentally missed.
2. Take a look at your blocked senders list to see if email@example.com has been blocked by your email address.
After taking these steps, if you have still not received your gift card, please contact Tremendous directly via the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
