I have not received my gift card

Once you have redeemed your points for a gift card, the delivery of your reward can take upto 3-4 working days to be processed and arrive in your email inbox.

As our reward partner, Tremendous, oversees all gift card rewards, you will receive your coupon from rewards@reward.tremendous.com along with instructions on how to use it.

If you have still not received your gift card within 3-4 working days from the day you redeemed your points, please take the following steps:

1. Check your inbox and spam/junk folders to ensure that the email was not accidentally missed.

2. Take a look at your blocked senders list to see if rewards@rewards.tremendous.com has been blocked by your email address.

3. If rewards@rewards.tremendous.com has been blocked, please add it to your safe senders list, and then contact us here again so we can resend you the email containing your gift card.

After taking these steps, if you have still not received your gift card, please contact Tremendous directly via the email address help@tremendous.com.
