YouGov surveys ask for your opinions on a wide range of topics, from everyday habits and brands to current events and politics.
Most surveys work like this:
- You receive an invitation
- You answer questions by selecting options or typing short responses
- You’re asked for optional feedback at the end
- You earn points when you finish
Survey questions may ask you to respond in one of the following ways:
- Multiple choice answers
- Scales (e.g. Agree → Disagree)
- Ratings (e.g. Like → Dislike)
- Open-ended text responses
We also include occasional attention check questions to make sure answers are thoughtful and genuine. Answering honestly helps keep your account eligible for future surveys and opportunities to earn points.
The length and complexity of a survey determine how many points you earn.
