Why was my cash reward redemption rejected?

There are several reasons why your cash reward might have been unsuccessfully redeemed. Below, we have outlined some common issues that might prevent your reward from reaching you and some steps you could try to solve the problem.

Incorrect Bank Account Details: 

  • This error occurs when the bank details you have entered while trying to redeem your reward (account number, code, etc.) are incorrect.
  • Solution: Double-check that the bank account details you enter are accurate before submitting again. If the issue persists, please contact Support for further assistance.

Mismatching Account Holder Names:

  • This happens when the account holder's name you enter while trying to redeem your reward does not exactly match the official name associated with your bank account.  
  • Solution: Double-check that the bank account details you enter are accurate before submitting again. If the issue persists, please contact Support for further assistance.

Bank Account Closed or Frozen:

  • This error may occur if your bank account has been blocked (either by you or your bank) from receiving transfers or is no longer active.
  • Solution: Contact your bank to make sure that your account is active and able to receive funds, then try to redeem your reward again.
