Phones and tablets

At the moment mobile devices do not support browser extension, so it is not possible to use mobile devices with Connections. You will need to use a laptop or desktop computer.

Supported browsers

To be able to add data to Connections you need the YouGov Safe browser extension. This is a Chrome extension and is available in all Chrome based browsers that support extensions. If you saw an error in YouGov Connections stating you are using the wrong browser, try to install one of the supported browsers:

  • Google Chrome (Recommended)

Please see the browser website for install instructions. Once you have installed it, navigate to account.yougov.com, log in and go to the Connections tab.
